Return & Exchange Policy

The Haunted Disco

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell. Because many of our products are produced in small batches or finished by hand, our return policy varies by product type.


Return Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Items returned outside of this window may not be accepted.


Bandanas (Hand Silk-Screened & Small Batch)

Returns for bandanas are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Bandanas must be new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for consideration.

  • Each bandana is inspected multiple times throughout the production process.

  • Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in ink density, alignment, fabric weave, or print alignment are inherent and are not considered defects.

  • Many bandanas are produced in limited runs or as collectible items, and not all return requests can be approved.

Customers must contact The Haunted Disco and receive approval before returning any bandana.


Apparel & Accessories (Printed or Embroidered)

For all new and unworn apparel or accessories, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be honored in cases of clear quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Print defects

  • Embroidery defects

  • Garment flaws present upon arrival

For approved quality-related returns, return shipping details will be coordinated directly with The Haunted Disco.


Non-Quality Returns

Returns that do not involve a quality issue may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is returned in a condition other than its original state

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns must be shipped to:
    New York City, NY 10019


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition, as permitted under EU consumer protection laws.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact The Haunted Disco before sending any item back. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may not be accepted.

To request a return, include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)
